Shipping Policy

At Studio Aaheli, every ceramic piece is lovingly handcrafted, and we want the journey from our hands to yours to be just as thoughtful. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order:
 
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within a week of receiving your order.

Made-to-order or restock items may take longer; timelines will be mentioned once the order is confirmed.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your package is on its way.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship across India.

For international orders, drop us a message at studioaaheli@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram — we’re happy to explore custom shipping options.

Shipping Rates:
Domestic shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, but we bear the cost to give our beloved customers a seamless process to receive the beautiful pieces.

Any applicable duties/taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Packaging:
Ceramics are delicate, but we’ve got it covered. Every order is:

Packed with eco-conscious, plastic-free materials whenever possible, sealed with care and intention, just like the pieces inside. 

 Estimated Delivery Time
These handmade pieces are packed and shipped within 2 weeks from the day the order is placed.  We make sure that the pieces are packed with utmost care and love.  We will let you in prior (before 48 hours of the order being placed) if there is a need to make the piece from scratch.  

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier partner delays, holidays, or remote locations.

Breakage or Issues
We do our best to ensure safe delivery, but if your order arrives damaged:

Please email us at studioaaheli@gmail.com within 24 hours with clear photos of the item and outer packaging

We’ll review the case and offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability

Things to Keep in Mind
Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages or change delivery addresses — please double-check your details before checkout.

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, strikes, or courier disruptions, but we’ll always be here to help.
