FAQs

Q: How is fragile ceramic shipped safely?
We take packaging seriously — each piece is wrapped with care in eco-conscious materials and double-checked for safety before dispatch.

Q: What if my piece arrives broken?
Oh no! In the rare event of damage during shipping, please send us photos within 24 hours of receiving the package. We’ll either replace the item or offer store credit.
PS- We highly recommend you to make an unboxing video.

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
Since our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, we currently do not accept returns unless the item is damaged. We encourage you to read descriptions carefully, especially the dimensions, and ask questions before making a purchase.

Q: Are your ceramics food-safe?
Yes! All functional ware (like mugs, plates, bowls) is made using food-safe clay and glazes.

Q: Can I use them in the microwave or dishwasher?
Our pieces are microwave-safe, but we recommend hand-washing to keep them happy for years. Dishwashers can be a little too rough on delicate rims and glazes.

Q: How do I care for my ceramics?
Avoid sudden temperature shocks (like from freezer to oven). Wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Treat them like art that loves to be used.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Yes! You can leave a message at checkout and we’ll wrap your piece with care and include a handwritten note.

Q: How often do you restock collections?
Each collection is released in small, mindful batches. We are an exclusive one of a kind brand coming with new collections. Follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list to stay updated on restocks and new launches.

Q: Can you help me select designs for my home?
Of course! We are here to assist you. For guidance, reach out to us via email or Dm us on Instagram. Our experienced team is dedicated to helping you curate the perfect selection for your space. Feel free to contact us anytime.
