Every piece at Studio Aaheli is handcrafted with time, care, and intention. Due to the delicate nature of ceramics and the one-of-a-kind quality of each item, we follow a strictly no return or exchange policy — but we’re always here to make things right if something goes wrong.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor imperfections (as each piece is handmade and unique)

  • Color, texture, or size variations from product images

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions — we’re happy to help!

Damaged on Arrival? We’ve Got You

In the rare case that your ceramic arrives damaged:

  1. Please email us at studioaaheli@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Clear photos of the broken item

    • A photo of the outer packaging and shipping label

    • Your order number and name

Once we review your request, we’ll offer either:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • Or store credit equal to the value of the damaged item (excluding shipping)

IMP- We cannot process claims sent after 24 hours of delivery.

What We Don’t Cover

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery address entered at checkout

  • Delayed deliveries due to courier or weather issues

  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., accidental drops)

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-replaceable unless they arrive damaged.
