Every piece at Studio Aaheli is handcrafted with time, care, and intention. Due to the delicate nature of ceramics and the one-of-a-kind quality of each item, we follow a strictly no return or exchange policy — but we’re always here to make things right if something goes wrong.
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Minor imperfections (as each piece is handmade and unique)

Color, texture, or size variations from product images
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out to us before purchasing if you have any questions — we’re happy to help!
Damaged on Arrival? We’ve Got You
In the rare case that your ceramic arrives damaged:

Please email us at studioaaheli@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

Include:

Clear photos of the broken item

A photo of the outer packaging and shipping label

Your order number and name
-
Once we review your request, we’ll offer either:

A replacement (if available)

Or store credit equal to the value of the damaged item (excluding shipping)
IMP- We cannot process claims sent after 24 hours of delivery.
What We Don’t Cover
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Incorrect delivery address entered at checkout

Delayed deliveries due to courier or weather issues

Damage caused after delivery (e.g., accidental drops)

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-replaceable unless they arrive damaged.
