The Story I’ve Been Holding in My Hands
There’s a certain stillness in working with clay- the kind that slows time and draws you inward. In that stillness, Studio Aaheli found its beginning.
This space was never just about ceramics. It started as a way for me to reconnect with my hands, with the pace of the natural world, and with the quiet joy of creating something real. Over time, it grew into something I felt ready to share.
Studio Aaheli is a reflection of everything I value: intention, presence, and beauty in the everyday. Every piece that leaves this studio is shaped slowly, with thoughtfulness and care. Not to be perfect, but to be personal. To be lived with.
I’ve always been drawn to objects that carry meaning—pieces that don’t just sit on a shelf, but become part of our rituals, our spaces, our memories. That’s what I hope Aaheli becomes for you. Something familiar. Something that feels like home.
Each form holds traces of its journey—the marks of the process, the patience of time, the warmth of hands that made it. These pieces are not just functional; they’re stories, waiting to find their place in your life.
I am here to share my journey, to share my struggles, my wins, the bloopers hahaha, the BTS of shoots or even the pieces you now hold in your hands and my vision to you. Starting something of your own can never be easy and I am here to show how Aaheli grew from just a small space and kiln to something we all eagerly wait to see.
Studio Aaheli is my quiet offering. A place where craft meets emotion, and where the everyday can feel just a little more intentional.
Thank you for being here, see you next week with something new typed for your eyes to read your mind to imagine what once was just kept till me and will be a part of you then.
With warmth,
Meenal Paliwal
